Does my order quality for free shipping?

Prime Wall’s free shipping option is available for orders totalling $150 US before taxes. This includes any item or combination of items from our store, whether it’s residential wallpaper, contract wallcoverings, digital prints (wallpaper murals), dry erase wallcoverings, wallpaper books, or items from the Outlet section.

When you’re ready to check out, the free shipping option will be available to you provided you meet the minimum of $150 US before taxes and are shipping to a US or Canadian address.

My order is below $150. What is my shipping cost?

For orders that are below $150 US before taxes, you will be charged at a shipping rate of $10 US within the US and Canada. Our shipping rate is not based on the number of items you buy or its weight; it is a flat shipping fee.

What if I’m just ordering samples and my order is smaller?

Wallpaper samples for every product are available for purchase at $2.95 per selection. All sample orders are subject to a flat shipping rate of $10.

What are the shipping options for international orders outside of the US/Canada?

Wallpaper samples are only available for US and Canadian addresses, but we do ship our other products (e.g. wallpaper rolls) internationally. International wallpaper orders totalling a minimum of $500 US before taxes are subject to a flat shipping fee of $49 US.

International wallpaper orders that are below $500 US before taxes are subject to a flat shipping fee of $69 US.

What other information do I need to know about Prime Wall’s shipping?

All orders are shipped through UPS Standard; overnight and express shipping services are available to customers upon request.

For customers that prefer to select a different shipping company to pick up their order, please contact our customer service team.

For those purchasing wallpaper on behalf of a client or customer, we can accommodate direct dropshipping orders to your customers if needed.
